Annual prize of the Austrian Neuroscience Association for the best dissertation among its members, regardless of home discipline: €500 for the best thesis, €100 each for second and third place. Dissertations defended in the previous year are eligible.

Otto Loewi Award New

Neuroscience: “the promotion of neuroscience research in Austria by awarding this prize for outstanding scientific contributions in an active field of neuroscience”.
Prize of the Austrian Neuroscience Association for neuroscientists, sponsored by the Peter und Traudl Engelhorn-Stiftung, endowed with €5,300. Self-application with an endorsement letter; the age cut-off is the first day of the ANA conference in the award year, parental leave is considered.
