Top row: career stage. R1 to R4 are the four steps of the European research career: R1 before the doctorate, R2 after the doctorate and not yet leading independently, R3 running your own project or group, R4 recognised as a leader in your field. ORG means an institution or a consortium applies, not an individual.

Second row: deadline. “Open” grants have a deadline that has not passed yet; “rolling” ones accept applications at any time. Pick both to hide everything whose deadline is only vaguely stated or has already passed. Within a row several filters mean “or”, between the rows they mean “and”. “All” clears every row, and the download follows your choice.

Third row: time window – only one filter at a time. Shows only grants first discovered in this directory within the chosen weeks; the “First discovered” column carries the date. Clicking the active filter again switches the time filter off.
