Digitalisation Scholarship — Award for Academic Theses
All disciplines
In 2026, for the eighth time, the province of Carinthia awards outstanding academic theses on digitalisation and its significance for Carinthia. Digitalisation topics from all academic disciplines are eligible, explicitly including societal aspects (e.g. digital divide, e-learning, artificial intelligence) — so psychology theses on digital topics fit. Three awards each go to bachelor's theses (EUR 500), diploma/master's theses (EUR 800) and doctoral dissertations (EUR 1,600). Open to students of Carinthian higher-education institutions with a grade of "very good" or "good"; dissertations from other universities qualify if supervised from a Carinthian institution.
