ÖGK-Forschungsförderung

The Austrian Communication Association calls annually for applications to its grant of up to €2,000 for media and communication research and networking activities on any topic. Collaborative projects aiming at a joint publication and involving researchers at several Austrian sites are preferred; single-researcher projects and projects at one site are possible too. The money may be spent on work contracts, method instruments and software, the cost of empirical studies and their analysis, or travel to networking meetings. Funded projects are honoured with an award at the society's Kommunikationswissenschaftliche Tage conference.
