Subscribe to the calendar
Instead of downloading single dates you can subscribe to the list once: your calendar application then fetches it itself and shows new dates on its own. If a funder moves a date, it moves with it.
They are two separate subscriptions, on purpose: someone who wants submission deadlines in their calendar should not silently get thirty conference dates with them. Take either one, or both — each arrives under its own name and its own colour.
Add this address in your calendar application under "Subscribe to calendar" or "Add from internet" (Thunderbird, Google Calendar, Apple Calendar, Outlook):

Conferences — deadlines and dates
Two entries per conference where both dates are known: the day a paper is due, and the conference itself across its whole run.
