AK Science Prize (AK Upper Austria)

Annual prize of the Upper Austrian Chamber of Labour for scientific works that serve to improve employees' working and living conditions. Two categories: dissertations and scientific articles (total prize money €9,000, split among up to 3 winners; open topic aligned with the Chamber's fields of interest) and master's/diploma theses (stipend up to €1,000 plus publication in WISO; fixed topic per cycle, currently "Energie der Zukunft"). Applications from habilitated professors are excluded.
